Back to the gym this evening! And I had it all to myself this time. I didn't feel like washing my shoes (indoor shoe only joint, and I'm a one pair only woman these days), so I went in my stocking feet and just did shoulders and a bit of chest:
Dumbbell shoulder press
Bent over rows, single arm
deltoid raises, side front, back
DB bench press, but on the floor
Cuban press
Iron cross
standing dumbbell triceps extension
pushups
Basically, an upper body melange. I may do legs tomorrow. I've been so unmotivated to run here for two reasons: I have to walk a fair bit (3+ miles?) while carrying a bunch of stuff, and I have limited space to rinse and dry things. I will be traveling with enough stinky dirties as it is.
