The sauna

I slept in.  25C at 8 am.  But it wasn't too bad.  I honestly thought it was slightly cooler, and I was shocked at how disgusting I looked when I got home.   Anyway, 65 minute jog.   If I wake up early enough tomorrow, I'll attempt a longer run.

Then shoulder exercises.  I am still slightly weak from the recent gluten incident.  The weight I was almost comfortably shoulder pressing last week was exhausting today.  No daily double again, but at least my excuse today is new: I was sharing the gym/garage/sauna with one of our guests and got distracted.  Completely forgot.
