I didn't sleep well last night, but I had enough energy for a leg workout. A lackluster leg workout. Just two sets but I've lost a lot of strength this past week. All the exercise yesterday didn't help, but I don't have any soreness apart from the usual abdominal pain. Guess I'm just wiped!
It was a minor victory to clean the usual weight for my squats for the second set, but it felt pretty sketch getting it up there! I'm eager to add more weight to this exercise, but it's going to happen slowly by the looks of it.
