36 min jog in the morning, with two easy pickups/strides, whatever they're called! lol
30 min run in the evening. 80 sit ups.
Did a LOT of stretching last night and the knee is much better. Didn't feel it during either run, just briefly while walking once. Will do more stretching/yin yoga tonight. I'd been neglecting that these past few weeks and finally things caught up with me!
