I was sore today!
Morning: 21 min jog...was supposed to be 25 min but I could loosen up only so much before things got tight again. It was a very slow pace.
Evening: 30 min jog. Still sore but felt much better, and definitely I was much better aligned.
And then my right knee got a twinge when I was carrying the laundry downstairs. I'll stretch in front of the TV and hopefully locate whatever it is that's tight and pulling. Maybe my quad, maybe something in my calf...will find out!
