I've been running, just haven't had much internet time:
Wed: 70 min, two runs
Thurs: 60 min, two runs
Fri: 60 min, two runs
Sat: 80 min, one run, and possibly more tonight.
I've been slowly loosening up a calf knot. eating is fine now, thank goodness, because we'll have visitors this weekend and I have to be able to eat.
I'm a bit tired, one more tough-ish week and then an easy week and then NCM 5K!
